Payment Methods
We accept cash, eftpos, Visa and Mastercard credit cards. A receipt will be issued upon request. Please note that appointments over 60 minutes will require credit card details in order to secure your booking. Gift Vouchers must be presented upon check-in at reception.

Bookings over 60 minutes are accepted with a Visa/Mastercard number and expiry date. Your credit card details are for confirmation of your booking only. You may pay upon arrival or following your spa treatment. We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Punctuality/Cancellations
Please arrive at the spa 10 minutes before your appointment time. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to the spa treatment and for group bookings this is extended to 48 hours prior to the spa treatments. All bookings not cancelled by this time may have half the spa treatment charged to the credit card. We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation..

Mobile Phone and Personal Items
We kindly ask our guests to ensure that mobile phones are turned off, for your own relaxation and that of all our guests. We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. We kindly request that you keep all valuables with you during your visit to Champs-Elysées Day Spa. We also ask that you wear the gown provided for the protection of your clothing.
