To make a booking you are welcome to visit reception or phone + 64 3 365 3630 or click here to make an online booking

Bookings over 60 minutes are accepted with a Visa/mastercard number and expiry date. Your credit card details are for confirmation of your booking only. You may pay upon arrival or following your spa treatment. Gift Vouchers must be presented upon check-in at reception. We accept cash, eftpos, Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

Punctuality/Cancellations

Please arrive at the spa 10 minutes before your appointment time. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to the spa treatment and for group bookings this is extended to 48 hours prior to the spa treatments. All bookings not cancelled by this time may have half the spa treatment charged to the credit card. We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation.
